Denise Craig
Executive Pastor of Operations
Denise serves to ensure the day-to-day operations of the church run smoothly. She was trained at Southwestern Theological Seminary, and she is a Certified Church Administrator.
Denise also serves as Board President of The Church Network (TCN), an inter-denominational professional association which exists to connect, develop, and strengthen church leaders in administration. She serves on the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) Church Board of Reference, on the Editorial Advisory Panel for Church Executive Magazine, and on the Executive Board of the Hamilton County Baptist Association. She is also a member of the Manchester Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women, and she is a published author in several professional journals.
Although she is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Vocal Music Education and a former choral music teacher, God uniquely called her to the ministry of administration while serving as a volunteer here at Abba’s House. She still enjoys music in the Abba’s House choir and with the rest of her family – her wonderful husband of more than 25 years, Jay, and their children.
